About Our Community

Devonshire North is a deed-restricted neighborhood of 66 homes located within the Waterford Golf & Tennis Community in Venice Florida. Devonshire North Association, Inc. is the home owners association focused on keeping our residences and grounds well-maintained, safe and welcoming. It operates as a sub association to the Waterford Master Owners Association.

Overall, Waterford has 640 homes in 11 neighborhoods. The Waterford Golf Club, a semi-private, 27-hole golf course winds throughout our community. Our Sports Club Complex contains a heated junior Olympic pool & spa, four tennis courts, two pickleball/basketball courts and a park. The Sports Club includes a large meeting area, fitness facility, kitchen, dance floor and library.

Resident Information

Welcome Devonshire North residents! Login to the Resident Portal to submit and check status of requests, dues and violations on your property. In addition, you can view association meeting agendas, governance documents and historical information.

The Devonshire North HOA Board of Directors meets on the third Thursday of the month at 4:00pm at the Waterford Sports Club located at 1460 Gleneagles Drive, Venice, Florida 34292. No meetings are scheduled for July and August.
